These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any change will take effect from the date posted on the website. Ownership of rights All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Little Monkey Murals Ltd. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.  Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Little Monkey Murals Ltd. Order Confirmation All orders are given on screen confirmation after they have been placed. If you submitted an e-mail address you'll also receive a Pay Pal confirmation via e-mail. We do not send a seperate e-mail confirmation Delivery Time and Postage All items, subject to stock availability, are usually shipped within 3 -10 working days. Out of stock items will be placed on back order and will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. Height Charts, Coat Stands and Shelving Height Charts, Coat Stands, Furniture and Shelving are available for UK Mainland shipping only. Payment by Cheque If you are paying by cheque please allow an extra 10 days for your cheque to clear. International Delivery If you live outside of the United Kingdom then postage & packing charges will differ. Before placing your order please contact us via e-mail with your order details so that we can then advise what the shipping charges will be. Please note we no longer ship to Australia or the USA UK Distribution and Shipping cost The shipping costs are as follows: £00.01 - £15.99 = £3.95 £16.00 - £39.99 = £4.95 £40.00 - £49.99 = £5.50 £50.00 - £69.99 = £6.50 £70.00 + = £7.50 Note: If ordering on-line, the postage cost is clearly stated prior to the order being finalised. All orders within the UK are sent by First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or via a Courier Service. Should there be an over payment this will be refunded. Delivery Address and Non Delivery of Goods Shipped We will only deliver to the address as quoted on the order by the customer and take no responsibility nor accept any liability for the accuracy of the information supplied. The onus is on the customer to provide the correct delivery information at the time that an order is placed or contact us in writing prior to goods being shipped to amend the address provided. If an order is returned to us because it has been held by the Royal Mail and has not been retrieved by the customer for whatever reason,  then we will not refund any part of the original postage cost and will charge a re-send fee to re-ship the order to a different address . If goods are held by our Courier Company because the address details given are incorrect then a re-send fee will be charged to re-ship the order to a different address. If goods are returned to us by our Courier Company due to the customer not retrieving the goods for whatever reason or making a re-delivery payment, then a £7.50 handling charge plus the cost of the original postage and the return postage will be deducted from any refund. Packaging All items are shipped in heavy duty envelopes or boxed. All items are shipped with fixtures. Where possible packaging is kept to a minimum and is both recycled and in turn recyclable. Environmental Policy In addition to sourcing organic and ethically traded products where possible, we strive, where we can, to use recycled packaging and stationery. Right to Withdraw Goods We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Website. Availability All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you. Back Orders If an item is out of stock or we are expecting delays, we will notify you of this via e-mail. General Information Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately, but variations may occur. Please bear in mind that due to screen resolutions etc colours shown may not be identical. Guarantee and Returns All goods are checked before they are sent, but if an item is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us first via e-mail info@makeamuralstencils.com or telephone 01234 304906. We then ask that you provide us with photographic evidence of the damage or to return the item to us, within 7 days of the receipt date. We will either refund the cost of the item or send you a replacement item at no extra charge. To return an unwanted item(s) all items(s) must be returned within 10 days to the address as shown on your invoice, in a new and unused condition. If you do not we may retain the items(s) and/or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging or prodiuct is damaged in anyway, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. As we do not have a returns courier service all returns must be sent via the Post Office ensuring the correct postage is used. Little Monkey Murals will not retrieve any item which has incurred a charge. Little Monkey Murals cannot be held responsible for parcels which fail to reach us or are damaged in transit, so we recommend that you return any goods by registered post. Little Monkey Murals will not pay for or refund the return postage if you are simply returning unwanted goods. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Products we are unable to refund or exchange We are unable to exchange or refund any personalised or bespoke items once an order has been placed. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on any hand made/ painted items unless the order is damaged upon receipt. Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; b) we do not deliver to your area; or c) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
